Alpha Phi Omega International (Philippines), Inc, our Service Fraternity and Sorority, by the authority of the Active Collegiate Chapters and Alumni Associations, the National Executive Council and the Board of Directors and the National Conventions believe you to be true and loyal Brothers and Sisters grant unto you full power and authority to inaguarate, establish and found an Alumni Association designated as BRITISH COLUMBIA ALUMNI ASSOCIATION

The Alumni Association CHARTER was presented to: Maria Corazon P. de Jesus,Gene Generoso, Ruth Granados,Dennis Turiano,Ferdinand Martires, Edwin Florendo,Rodolfo Soliven,Rolando Wico,Danilo Suratos,Augustus Mejia, George Ladrillono,Celestino Dimaapi,Abraham Batore Jr,Mary Batore, Rolando Caspillo.

This Charter as the 189th of the Alumni Association took effect on the 26th of October at Boracay, Aklan, Philippines in the year of our Lord 2008.

The Charter Installation rites was conducted by National President Magleo "Mel" Adriano on January 3, 2009 in Oriental Buffet Restaurant at Surrey, British Columbia.

Brod. Pres. Mel Adriano also inducted  the incoming officers of APOAABC for 2009-2010, The following are the officers of APOAABC, Brod. Rudy Soliven( President) Brod. Tom Ferreras (Vice President), Sis. Marlene Leones (Secretary), Sis. Marjorie Quiano(Treasurer), Brod. Rey Castaneda (Auditor), Sis. Cora de Jesus (Chairman of the Board), Brod. Gene Generoso (Board Member), Brod. Recto Pablo (Board Member) and Sis. Ruth Granados (Board Member).
