On February 26, 2000, APO (Philippines) of Dallas-Fort Worth held its First Organizational Meeting at the residence of Bro. Ivan and Sis Tess Reyes in 2444 Bridgeton Lane, Bedford, Texas. Bro. Jun Tapay of APO Metropolitan Houston met with the local APO resident members to assist in expanding APO in the area. Succeeding organizational meetings in the course of the year focused on fellowships and proposals for the drafting of the organizational objectives, Constitution and Bylaws, as well as the Two-Year Development Program.

After a series of five (5) organizational meetings that commenced on February 26, 2000, Alpha Phi Omega (Philippines) members in the Dallas-Fort Worth and surrounding areas held its First General Membership Meeting on December 2, 2000. A Charter has been ratified and the Executive Officers and Board of Directors were elected for the year 2001-2002.
